Open Positions: 

Buyers Specialist 

Are you capable of closing 30 transactions a year but continue to fall short due to the minutia of the business? Here is our promise to you... By committing to us you will have all the pressure taken off!!

Ideal qualities: 

  • Manage (pre-screened) incoming lead relationships via telephone, email and Curaytor CRM
  • Convert leads handed off from client care team into appointments 
  • Identify homes that meet the criteria as specified by needs analysis
  • Show homes to pre-qualified clients
  • Write and negotiate clients to contract offers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new leads and existing client database
  • Effectively communicate with management team
  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close.

Requirements: Valid Washington real estate license (Additional Oregon Brokers license is a plus). Must maintain a reliable, professional vehicle and means of transportation at all times. Exceptional phone skills/experience. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. High level of motivation to succeed. Ability to learn scripts and dialogues and ability to take direction from a coach.

Compensation: Aggressive commission structure. (Est. $120K - $150K/year) 

Position will be based out of our Vancouver, WA office.  



Office Manager/ Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties such as creating emails and correspondence, filing, photocopying/scanning, data entry, managing phone calls, travel schedules, etc.
  • Manage emails and website presence for the team
  • Provide confidential, comprehensive executive support and assistance to the executive as well as supporting the needs of the team
  • Proactively manage and optimize the executive’s time, travel, and meeting attendance
  • Maintain and manage executive’s calendar, schedule, and coordinate appointments
  • Facilitate meeting arrangements and ensure meeting preparation by providing materials and documentation required in advance 
  • Prepare agendas, take, and create accurate minutes
  • Plan and coordinate staff meetings, events, etc.
  • Provide information by researching, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data as required
  • Support special projects, promotions, events, and/or programs, as needed or assigned
  • Assist with business and personal errands
  • Assist and support team in any tasks necessary while not completing tasks for executive
  • Keep executive on task during day
  • Assist with the social media and marketing efforts of executive and team
  • Assist marketing coordinator with all administrative tasks associated with new listings
  • Client concierge and deliveries to homes

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized individual
  • Professional and articulate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and desired experience in Keynote and Canva
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment 
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and independent projects simultaneously and in a timely manner with minimal supervision 
  • Must be a team player, have excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with all confidential issues accordingly
  • proactive/willingness to ask questions and push initiatives forward
  • Quick learner who is coachable and smart
  • Creativity and sense of humor are also a plus!
